  If you don't have a locked down marketing strategy that includes target messaging, differentiation, and a host of complimentary marketing tactics; don't spend another dollar on your website design project.

That is a lot of people who are leaving without you knowing who they are.

Third, what do you do after they download something or fill out a contact us form. Do you start selling them?  No, that is the best way to scare them away.  A lead nurturing, email marketing, and well defined sales strategy is critical.  

Last but not least. What does your new website say?  How does it make your business remarkable? Without this differentiation, why would anyone pick you over your competition?
