    What to Do If You’re Not Getting Anywhere with HubSpot CRM

At first, you were quite excited about your HubSpot CRM capabilities, but over time, you’ve started to doubt it. It doesn’t really seem to be doing much for you.

    You may feel it’s time to abandon ship and try your luck back out in the ocean alone, but before you take that plunge, HubSpot has a few tools and resources you should definitely look into to unlock more capabilities of your HubSpot CRM.     1. HubSpot Academy

    HubSpot Academy is the perfect place to go if you’re struggling to fully implement your HubSpot CRM—or even your entire inbound marketing strategy. The Academy is a world leader in inbound marketing and sales education that can help you maximize your tools and strategies.

    To get started, all you need to do is create an account, which will take you all of a minute. (All you need is a name, email address, and password.) Once done, you have the ability to access a wide range of helpful categories, content, and topics.

    Categories range from CRM, design, and development all the way to marketing and sales. You can engage with broadcasts, certifications, lessons, quick answers, or user guides to dive deep into the knowledge you’re trying to find. And the topics they cover include every aspect of inbound marketing, like calls-to-action, landing pages, growth-driven design, and more.


    2. HubSpot Lessons

    Within the Academy, you’ll also find Lessons. These are short, self-paced training modules that will enable you to master specific marketing or sales topics. Each lesson is less than 30 minutes long, and just like the rest of the Academy, can be accessed for free (simply by creating an account).

    When you visit the Lessons page, you’ll see them laid out before you. A short blurb will tell you what each lesson is about, how many videos there are, and the total length in minutes of all videos.

    Whether you’re looking to learn more about creating blog posts, designing a journey-driven user experience, or providing leads to your sales team—there are lessons for every aspect of inbound marketing.


    3. HubSpot Partner

    Finally, head to HubSpot’s Partners to team up with a HubSpot-certified partner to help with training, inbound, sales, and more. If you’re not getting anywhere with HubSpot, it might be best to seek out help. A HubSpot partner can help with strategy and execution, all the way to HubSpot training, to maximize your investment.

    Obviously, you want to use the best CRM technology. If you’ve invested in HubSpot CRM—one of the world’s most well-known technologies for inbound marketing—you want to get the most out of it. But it’s not a plug-and-play system; time and consideration must go into adjusting your HubSpot CRM so that it works right for you. On top of that, learning everything that it can do is essential to being able to use it to scale your business.
