We’ve been eagerly waiting for months to attend and find out what HubSpot has in store for us at INBOUND16. Now that we’ve heard about the new and exciting products, we have to say that we aren’t disappointed. In fact, we’re thrilled to try out a wealth of new tools that will amp up our productivity, improve our sales process, and boost our marketing efforts.

1. Content Strategy App
All inbound marketers understand that content generates leads. But figuring out exactly what content audiences want to consume, and validating it, is a struggle that most marketers face. The Content Strategy App makes the process a whole lot easier. It helps them decide what content to create, helps them validate topics, and helps them create a comprehensive content strategy that will attract leads and generate results by analyzing your topics and recommending what will work and what won’t.
2. Composer Writing Tool
Composer is a brand-new writing tool that will enable marketers to eliminate distractions and focus on content creation. With this tool, you’ll be able to create content, collaborate with colleagues, and publish, all in one place. Centralized feedback will eliminate all of the back and forth. With this product, your team will be able to save and store content ideas from around the web—from Twitter lists and Facebook posts to blogs and curated email content—and then use the ideas as resources in one-click as you create content.
4. Project Tool
What team couldn’t use a powerful productivity tool to help learn new skills, achieve goals, and meet deadlines? The Project tool is unlike any other productivity tools, though, because it comes with pre-populated marketing templates that were built by HubSpot experts. With these templates, you can learn by doing instead of wasting valuable time researching new marketing tactics and using trial and error.
5. Facebook in HubSpot Ads
HubSpot Ads have now been integrated with Facebook to boost your inbound campaigns and help you gain the most active audience online. You will now be able to measure your leads and your return on investment from your paid Facebook ads in your CRM.
6. Visual Workflows Editor
In a few weeks, you’ll find yourself with a new interface that will allow you to visualize your workflows. This Visual Workflows Editor will eliminate the back-and-forth switching between branches so you can see your logical train of thought visually. It will eliminate the use of external tools, whiteboards, and diagrams to enhance productivity. And it’ll make sharing your workflows easier by allowing for more digestible snapshots.
7. Embedded Meetings
Update your sales process with the new Embedded Meetings widget. It’s like a more advanced landing page form, but instead of leads being able to only share their contact information, they’ll now be able to book meetings with you too. Plus, you can add custom questions so that you can be fully prepared for the meeting without additional back and forth contact.
8. Meetings Tool
Allow prospects to book meetings faster and easier than ever before with the new Meetings tool. Prospects will be able to book meetings with multiple team members with the group meetings link, or alternatively, book a meeting with any available sales rep with the round robin link. This tool will no doubt enhance the customer experience, save time, and enhance efficiency.
9. Messages Tool
Stop chasing leads and start connecting in real time with visitors who are currently engaged with your brand. The Messages tool will allow you to do just that, so you can improve the customer experience, nurture leads, and easily convert leads into customers.
