Our Experience
Square 2 Marketing applies years of experience working in a wide variety of industries including travel, software, consumer services, technology, and information services. Our people have in-depth entrepreneurial knowledge of advertising specialties, marketing services, graphic design, and catalog marketing businesses. We draw from extensive experience in the areas of strategic message creation, email marketing, web marketing, lead generation, direct marketing, marketing on a budget, performance tracking, and event marketing.


The Partners

Michael Lieberman

Founder and President, Square 2 Marketing, Inc.

Mike Lieberman is a recognized expert in the area of strategic marketing, message creation and unique differentiation tactics. Together with his partner Eric Keiles, they coined the concept, Reality Marketing™ to describe how small- and medium-sized businesses utilize cost effective marketing tactics to achieve dramatic business growth.

Lieberman is the founder and President of Square 2 Marketing, Inc., a professional services company providing sales and marketing strategy and tactical creative execution for a diverse group of clients.

Lieberman brings over 20 years of experience leading marketing organizations in a variety of industries include software, consumer services, technology, travel and information services. He and his partner have grown Square 2 Marketing, from a boutique agency founded in 2002, to a full-service provider of comprehensive marketing programs. .

Committed to the community, Lieberman is an active participant in programs with Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business and the Laurence A. Baiada Center for Entrepreneurship. He also volunteers as a mentor for MBA Students participating in Drexel’s Mentor Match™ program. Lieberman is also active in charitable endeavors including the American Cancer Society and Hazon, a group committed to environmental education.

A recognized expert and popular speaker, Lieberman has provided his insights on marketing and business growth strategies to a variety of business owners across the region. He is also the resident marketing counsel for the Philadelphia Business Leaders Alliance, providing advice on marketing issues to the region’s top business leaders.

A graduate of Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business with both graduate and undergraduate degrees, Lieberman and his family reside in Fort Washington, PA.


Eric Keiles

Founder and Chief Marketing Officer, Square 2 Marketing, Inc.

Eric Keiles is a leading sales and marketing strategist focused on
pioneering a new breed of business solutions. Keiles, along with his partner Mike Lieberman, coined the concept, Reality Marketing™ to describe how small- and medium-sized businesses can utilize cost effective marketing tactics to achieve dramatic growth. He is the editor of a weekly newsletter reaching over 10,000 business owners and entrepreneurs focusing on this topic.

Keiles is the founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Square 2 Marketing,
Inc., a professional services company providing sales and marketing strategy and creative/technical execution for diverse clients.

A gifted entrepreneur, Keiles has founded and grown four companies since 1997. He and his partner have grown Square 2 Marketing, the company they founded in 2002, from a boutique agency, to a full-service developer of comprehensive marketing strategy and tactics. Prior to founding Square 2 Marketing, Keiles founded The Stitches Catalog and The Logo Workshop, two national graphic design and promotional products companies.

Keiles sits on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Entrepreneur’s Organization, is the Entrepreneur’s Forum of Greater Philadelphia’s Marketing Chairman, and is an advisor to several chambers of commerce.

A popular writer and public speaker, Keiles has provided expert insight on panels and radio appearances throughout the Delaware Valley’s business community. He also hosts Square 2 Marketing’s monthly free workshop series to help business owners learn effective marketing strategies for their businesses. He has also been a guest lecturer at St. Joseph’s, Widener and Villanova University’s MBA Program, discussing advances in the entrepreneurial marketing space.

A graduate of George Washington University (BA) and Temple University (MBA), Keiles and his family reside in the Philadelphia suburb of Doylestown Borough, PA.

Marketing Consultants

Angela Halpin

Angela Halpin brings over 10 years of marketing experience to the Square 2 Marketing team.  She has extensive experience in the strategic and tactical details of successfully executing in-person and online marketing events.  Additionally, she has worked on numerous corporate and educational web sites and interactive marketing campaigns. 

She also has experience in non-traditional direct marketing, advertising, custom publishing, and PR campaigns.  Before joining Square 2 Marketing, Angela was director of marketing for a $25 million software company.

Her coaching style is performance based and educational making sure her clients are taught how to improve their marketing during their engagements with Square 2 Marketing.  Angela has a Bachelors degree from Drexel University and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University.

Amy Gallagher

Amy Gallagher brings 10 years of marketing and public relations experience to the Square 2 Marketing team. She has a great deal of experience developing and managing innovative marketing programs in industries such as mortgage banking, insurance and legal services. Amy has a strong background in strategic event planning and public relations. In her PR roles, she has secured numerous executive media interviews and speaking opportunities. Amy works closely with each of her clients to design creative, results-driven marketing programs.

Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the Pennsylvania State University. In her free time she enjoys writing, cooking and photography.

Sarah Gabler

Sarah Meghan Gabler joins Square 2 Marketing with over 7 years of experience in marketing, advertising and public relations. Prior to joining the team, Sarah ran the marketing department for Sterns & Weinroth, P.C., a law firm where she was responsible for managing their website, coordinating client communication, trade shows, writing press releases, booking speaking engagements and developing ongoing advertising campaigns for the firm.

Prior to her assignment with the law firm, Sarah worked for a variety of organizations including ICI Fashion for Children, Town Topics Newspaper, and The Boston Globe.

Sarah has a Bachelors degree in Business Management and an Associate’s degree in Marketing from Mount Ida College in Boston, MA. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends, shopping, cooking and baking, reading, and just taking it all in one day at a time.

Business Development

Mitch Harris

Mitch Harris has dedicated his career to pursuits within the entrepreneurial arena; in addition to owning and operating his own successful $2M furniture business, Mitch has spent his career working in various organizations including several high growth technology firms. He has successfully led the development of multiple products from the initial concept to completed goods for clients including Pitney Bowes and Lanier Worldwide.

Mitch has had functional responsibility in all areas of business and enjoys helping companies formulate effective strategies for growth; he works closely with each of his clients to design marketing programs that will return the highest return on investment while achieving the desired level of growth.

Mitch earned his MBA with a concentration in Strategy and Marketing from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and his Bachelors degree from the University of Miami.



Creative Department

Justin Phillips, Art Director

With a decade of graphic design experience, Justin blends his knowledge of new technology and traditional design for clients at Square 2 Marketing.

After receiving his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Kutztown University, Justin worked as a pre-press designer for a local printer for 3 years. Following that, he was hired as Graphic Designer for Advanced Telecom Services, a worldwide telecommunications company headquartered in Wayne, PA. There, he was responsible for design and development of over seven websites. After three years with A.T.S., Justin was hired as a Graphic Designer at Square 2 Marketing, where he has worked his way up to Art Director.

In his free time, Justin likes to skateboard and play music with his band. He has played guitar and/or drums in bands such as Rain on the Parade, Nora, Atomic Age Vampire and his current band HELLP. Over the years of playing on the underground music circuit Justin has been able to open for bands such as Metallica, The Black Crowes, Creed and Ministry.

Josh Righter, Lead Interactive Designer

Josh Righter brings a youthful flair to Square 2 Marketing, having joined the company immediately after graduating from college in 2006. His BA in English with a Minor in business enables him to work closely with all employees at Square 2 Marketing to provide copywriting and editing as needed, and gives him a unique perspective on projects.

At Square 2 Marketing, Josh handles many clients' email and Google AdWords programs, as well as using his background in web design and coding to assist in the production of client websites. He also is constantly working on new initiatives for the Square 2 Marketing website.

Josh is a skilled writer who runs an award-winning humor website in his spare time. He is also a Google Certified AdWords Qualified Individual.

Katie Dunford, Graphic Designer

Katie Dunford joins Square 2 Marketing with extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for the world of Graphic Design. Her 7 years of graphic design and production experience provide our clients a wide variety of creative suggestions and ideas for their marketing programs. Most recently Katie worked at David’s Bridal creating and producing the bridal and non-bridal catalogs. For 5 years prior to that she worked as part of an in-house marketing team for The ASI Show, designing business-to-business tradeshow and general marketing collateral.

In search of big city living Katie moved to the Philadelphia area after graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology, in Rochester, NY. With a bachelor in Graphic Design, an Associate in Fine Arts/Painting and a minor in Philosophy she was glad to get away from the cold, cloudy, city of Rochester. Now she thoroughly enjoys watching Philadelphians flock to the “food stores” as soon as there is a chance of flurries in the forecast.

Accounting Manager

Sharyn Brauns

Sharyn joined us to head up our accounting department. Rather than write her bio, Sharyn offers this look at her picture perfect day at work:

· Any day using QuickBooks 2007 is a good day!
· A music play list that includes David Gray, Sarah McLachlan and the    Rolling Stones.
· A bottom-less pot of coffee.
· The "team" having lunch together in the lounge.
· Lots of laughter.
· Everyday at Square 2 Marketing is...WOW!
