Team Structure

The Director of Client Services is a critical member to the Square 2 Marketing team. This person leads, guides, consults and makes a huge impact on our clients and our firm. The best client will be a superstar at our organization.

The Director of Client Services is responsible for the entire Client Services team. This includes multiple Senior Marketing Consultants and Marketing Consultants. Together, the team of Senior Marketing Consultants and Marketing Consultants and Director of Client Services are responsible for consulting with and advising business owners on making their products and/or services remarkable and developing the marketing tactics required to grow their businesses.

The Director of Client Services works directly with the Creative Director and design team to ensure the creative concept and designs for each client appeals to the pains that the client is aiming to solve. The Director of Client Services is also a member of the strategic operations team at Square 2 Marketing. They play an active role in strategic planning, hiring, operations and processes for Square 2 Marketing.

The Director of Client Services will::

  • Work with the team to maintain a client satisfaction score of 4.0 or above each quarter
  • Act as Lead Senior Marketing Consultant for client accounts
  • Act as a Sales Guide for prospects engaging in our sales process
  • Engage with each Square 2 Marketing client on a regular basis and provide additional consultative coaching and ideas
  • Manage the Client Services team and the team's work on many different projects and many different clients simultaneously
  • Listen to clients, diagnose business problems and recommend marketing-related solutions to problems with a focus on improving sales
  • Write and execute creative, lead-generating marketing programs for clients
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure all projects are designed to answer the pains the client is seeking to solve
  • Participate in regular strategy planning meetings & discussions for Square 2 Marketing's business
  • Participate in staff planning and hiring process of Marketing Consultants or other Square 2 Marketing positions

Prerequisites:

  • At least 15-20 years of marketing experience developing strategic marketing plans and tactical marketing programs for a variety of different industries
  • Proven track record in developing marketing programs that have contributed to increased revenue, new customer acquisition, and customer retention
  • Understanding of business issues, market trends, and marketing program development
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills are a must
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams, meet deadlines, and exceed expectations
  • Ability to interact with a diverse organization, and champion projects across the organization
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work at a fast pace under strict deadlines
  • Very strong proficiency using Microsoft Office
  • Undergraduate degree; MBA preferred
