There are lots of companies out there looking for people who are great at their job. Makes sense. The problem is, they stop there. That's not what we're about.
If you're interested in working for us, we feel like it's only fair to tell you that we only want the best and brightest, and that goes beyond just being an expert at insert-your-field-here. It's crucial that you fit in to our team, because if you don't, you won't be happy, and that's a bummer.
Here are some examples of what we value in our company culture:
- Quick, clear communication -- things move very fast here, so being able to keep on top of it all in a way that doesn't confuse everyone is super-important.
- New ideas -- if you think people who sit and wait for things to happen are boring, you'll be happy to know that we do, too.
- Hatred of the status quo -- you'll never hear us say, "But that's how we've always done things!" Just typing that made us feel all queasy inside.
- Fun-loving attitude -- we love nothing more than piling into a limo and heading off to the glitz and glamor of the city, or cracking open a few beers at our company meetings.
